We assist the National Educational Map of the Ministry of Human Capital (formerly the Ministry of Education of the Nation) in updating georeferenced information and in spatial analysis through advanced geoprocessing.

We were in charge of the geocoding of the register of educational establishments and the Annual Survey, as well as its update in the spatial database. This database is essential to feed tools such as the educational establishment search engine, navigable maps, thematic maps of the educational system and the published geoservices.

Tasks performed include:
• Georeferencing of registered schools and latest Annual Survey available.

• Updating the spatial database with new school points and information from the latest Annual Survey available

• Updating of the “Interactive map of educational offerings”.

• Content update: “Navigable maps of the National Education System” and downloadable PDF resources.

• Maps for management.
